How are tokens deducted?
Deduction is tied to the actual consumption of tokens for analyzing responses and finding growth points. Each deduction is visible in the history — for which survey and for what volume, without hidden subscriptions.
What is included in the free start?
Registration is free: you log in, assemble a survey from available methodologies, and go through a cycle. Payment begins where tokens are consumed for analysis and comes from the top-up balance.
What happens if the balance runs out?
Analysis requiring deduction is paused until top-up; already collected data and results remain in place. The balance is topped up in advance, so the expense does not unexpectedly go negative.
How to control expenses?
The expense is predictable using the “responses × surveys” model: the balance and history show what the funds are spent on. The calculator above gives an estimate for your scale even before starting.
When is Enterprise needed?
When you need larger volumes, single sign-on, roles tailored to your organization and conditions meeting information security requirements, as well as dedicated support. This is discussed during a demo — the threshold and package are tailored to your needs.
Who is the service not suitable for?
