Security and anonymity

Honest feedback remains safe

The service hides raw answers, removes identifiable details, and reveals only anonymized summaries based on at least 5 participants. The team discusses growth points without turning feedback into a search for its respondents.

  • Raw answers are hidden
  • Threshold of 5 responses
  • Identifiable details removed
  • No dates or sending order

Protection mechanisms

How anonymity works in practice

From survey participation to the overall picture, the service separates useful signal from data that could identify the respondent.

Name or pseudonym

The organization type sets the participation mode. In an anonymous organization, the service assigns a pseudonym; in an open one, participants answer under their own name.

step 1

Raw answers are hidden

The raw text of the answer is never shown to the team, managers, or support. The service only retains an anonymized formulation with no identifying details.

step 2

5‑answer threshold

The anonymized summary becomes visible only after a question receives at least 5 answers. This lowers the risk of identifying the author from context.

step 3

Summary without author traces

Anonymized data is displayed without names, exact timestamps, or submission order. The focus stays on the growth point, not on identifying individuals.

step 4
Transparency

Who sees what in the system

The access rules are simple: raw answers are always hidden, and anonymized summaries are only revealed when there are enough responses.

The access rules are built into the service architecture. Raw answers are inaccessible even to system administrators.

Data storage

Principles of data isolation

The technical foundation of trust: response isolation, controlled access, and a clear legal framework.

Localization

Data is processed and stored exclusively within your company's jurisdiction. We do not transfer information abroad.

Answer isolation

The raw response text is isolated from the working interfaces: neither support nor management have access to read it.

Legal framework

Access and storage settings help comply with personal data requirements without manual control for each survey.
