What the service does
The service is provided by the operator — (hereinafter — the operator) — and helps organizations conduct diagnostics: launch surveys, collect responses, analyze open-ended text, find growth points, assign owners, prepare recommendations, and check changes in subsequent measurements.
The service is not legal, HR, or management advice. It provides material for a decision, but the decision itself, priorities, and responsibility remain with people and the organization.
Accounts, organizations, and roles
The user is responsible for the accuracy of account information, security of access, and actions taken under their account. The organization is responsible for assigning roles, keeping the team up to date, and ensuring access is appropriate.
The organization administrator manages participants, teams, invitations, survey settings, access to results, and requests for exporting or deleting data within the available features of the service.
Surveys and respondents
The organization is responsible for the legality of conducting the survey, the audience composition, the content of invitations, and clearly explaining to respondents why responses are collected and who will see the results.
Anonymity and visibility modes must be selected before launching the survey. The service may not be used for covert surveillance of employees, pressuring respondents, or collecting data not required for the stated diagnostics.
AI analysis and recommendations
AI is used as an assistant: it structures open responses, prepares summaries, topics, and recommendation options. AI results must be reviewed by a human before any management action.
The operator does not guarantee that a recommendation will automatically solve a problem or replace professional judgment. The responsible user evaluates the context, risks, and consequences of a decision.
Data and privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, the use of cookies — in the Cookie Policy. The approach to anonymity, visibility matrix, and data storage is described in the Trust Center.
The user must not upload data to the service that is not needed for diagnostics, is prohibited for transfer, or requires separate coordination with the organization, respondent, or regulator.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for illegal actions, spam, bypassing access restrictions, attempting to access others' data, interfering with infrastructure operation, uploading malicious code, or intentionally violating respondent anonymity.
If a violation creates a risk for the service, data, or other users, access may be restricted or suspended during the investigation.
Pricing and payment
Pricing, limits, AI analysis credit balance, and corporate agreement terms are described on the pricing page or in a separate agreement with the organization. Payment is accepted through payment providers connected to a specific instance of the service; payment details are processed by the provider and are not stored by the operator.
Prices are displayed with or without taxes depending on the instance's jurisdiction—this is indicated on the pricing page or on the invoice. Refunds are made in accordance with the pricing plan, the agreement with the organization, and applicable law.
Availability and changes to the service
The service is always evolving: features, interface, templates, limits, and integrations may change. Significant client-facing changes are published in the changelog or communicated through the team's usual work channels.
The operator strives for continuous availability of the service but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions related to scheduled maintenance, incidents, or circumstances beyond the operator's reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance and operational status are described in the Trust Center or on the status page when enabled.
Content and methodology rights
Organization data, respondent answers, and uploaded materials remain the data of the organization or respective rights holders. The organization grants the operator the right to process them as much as necessary to provide the service.
The interface, methodological templates, design, texts, product logic, and software code belong to the operator or its rights holders, unless a different regime is specified in the contract. Copying and using these materials outside the service without the operator's permission is not allowed.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. The operator provides diagnostic and analytical tools but does not control the organization's management decisions, internal communications, respondent composition, or user actions after receiving the results — and is not responsible for them.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the aggregate liability of the operator for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount actually paid by the organization for the period during which the claim arose. Claims must be sent to the operator at the contact details listed in the legal information and will be reviewed within a reasonable time before resorting to litigation.
Suspension and termination of access
The organization may stop using the service as set out in the pricing plan or agreement. Before closing the account, the administrator can request data export or deletion in an accessible format.
The operator may limit or suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms, a security threat, non-payment, or as required by applicable law, with notice to the account contacts, where such notice is permitted and feasible. Once the issue is resolved, access will be restored.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is registered, unless mandatory provisions of the user's country law require otherwise. The parties will first attempt to settle any disputes through negotiation. If this fails, the dispute will be referred to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to terms
The operator may update these terms. The current version is always published at http://nanodepo.net/terms; material changes will be additionally communicated through the service or via account contacts. Continued use of the service after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of it.
