Growth Points, Ideas, and Recommendations
Ideas
Proposals from people within a growth point.
Documentation sections
An idea is a proposal for a specific growth point: what the team can try to resolve the identified tension. It does not replace a solution and does not automatically become a task, but helps gather action options alongside the discussion.
Ideas are needed at the Discuss stage in the Ask → See → Discuss → Verify cycle. The platform has already shown where the signal repeats, and the team adds their practical experience: what gets in the way, what has already been tried, what small step might work.
Where they come from
Some ideas may emerge from the analysis of responses if participants have already suggested solutions during the survey. Such options help avoid losing useful suggestions that were voiced alongside criticism.
Ideas are also added by people in the growth point card. This is important: the team sees not only the formulation of the tension but also the proposals of those who live with this process every day.
How they are discussed
Ideas are visible inside the growth point along with comments and reactions. Reactions help quickly understand which proposals the team considers useful, controversial, or requiring refinement.
In an anonymous organization, the discussion remains open, but participants act under pseudonyms. Privacy protects the initial response, while the work on the solution remains shared and visible.
What happens next
The assignee can take the growth point into work, but this does not take the discussion away from the team. Ideas remain in the card: you can return to them, refine them in the comments, and choose the step that the team is ready to test.
The next measurement shows whether the chosen action helped. If the tension has decreased, the idea has become part of a successful change. If not, the team already has a saved list of alternatives to continue from.
