Organization and Teams
Organization settings
Name, logo, anonymity, and invitations.
Documentation sections
Organization settings are the admin boundary where you maintain the workspace’s recognizability and trust in participation. Here you can change the name and logo, view the selected anonymity mode, create invitations, and perform dangerous actions like deleting the organization.
The page is available to the owner and users with the Admin role. Other participants do not need it to take surveys, view results, or discuss growth points.
Name and logo
Keep the name clear for the people you invite to the platform: a participant should immediately understand which space they have entered and on whose behalf the invitation was sent.
The logo helps distinguish your organization in the interface. You can upload, replace, or remove it. If there is no logo, the platform uses a standard organization icon; this does not interfere with surveys, teams, or results.
Anonymity mode
Anonymity mode is displayed in the settings but cannot be changed there. It is chosen when creating the organization and stays the same, because it sets expectations for participants before they answer.
In an anonymous organization, participants act under a pseudonym; in an open one, under their own name. In both cases, raw answers are not visible to anyone: anonymized responses and aggregates appear in the results only when enough data is available for safe display.
If the team is unsure which mode to choose for a new organization, this should be decided before inviting people and launching the first survey. Once started, this rule cannot be changed retroactively: trust in the survey relies on the participation conditions being understood in advance.
Invitations
You create invitation links for new employees in the settings. Before creating a link, you select the role for the person joining the organization. This lets you separate managers, consultants, and regular participants in advance, without manually configuring access after each login.
An active link can be copied and sent to a work chat or email. If the link is no longer needed or it was sent to the wrong person, you remove it from the list of active invitations. After removal, it can no longer be used to join the organization.
Deleting an organization
The option to delete the organization is in the settings, but it is a separate irreversible action. Before confirming, the platform asks you to enter the exact organization name to reduce the risk of accidental deletion.
When you delete the organization, the organization itself and its working data disappear: surveys, teams, results, growth points, and invitations. User accounts are not deleted, but the links between those users and the deleted organization are cleared. Use this action only for test organizations or those you truly no longer need.
