Profile and notifications

Personal settings, my surveys, and notifications when results are ready.

Documentation sections

The profile is your personal area within the selected organization. It shows the name, role, and team (if any) associated with your participation, and which surveys are currently available.

The profile page is visible only to you. It does not reveal your answers to others and does not mix your personal results with the organization's management analytics.

What's in the profile

At the top of the profile, your name, email, role in the current organization, and your team (if you are in one) are shown. The role is specific to the selected organization: in another organization, the same account may have different access.

Below is the "My surveys" list. If the current survey measurement has already been completed, the row takes you to your personal results and may show a personal score with a change compared to the previous measurement. If the measurement has not yet been completed, you can go to take it from the profile.

Account settings

In the profile, you can change your email and password. Users who participate under their own name can change their name.

For a Guest in an anonymous organization, the name is handled differently: instead of regular editing, the profile suggests revealing your identity. After revealing, the user becomes a Member and continues to participate under the specified name. This action changes your participation mode in the organization, so you should only do it consciously.

Result notifications

When survey results are ready, participants who completed this measurement can receive an email at the address in their profile. The email leads to the results in the service and helps you not miss the moment when the See phase transitions to working with insights and growth points.

Such notifications do not mean that anyone's personal answers have been revealed. Privacy rules still apply to the results: no one sees raw answers, anonymized data and aggregates are shown only when there are enough responses, and personal results remain separate from management analytics.

If there are no surveys or email

If there are no surveys in the profile, it means there is currently no available survey with an open current measurement for the user in this organization.

If the email about ready results did not arrive, you can still open the results from the profile when the measurement is completed and processing is finished. Check that the email in your profile settings is up-to-date: result notifications are sent there.
