Getting Started
What is the platform
A brief explanation of the service and its closed diagnostic cycle.
Documentation sections
The platform helps a team regularly hear honest employee feedback and turn it into verifiable changes. It doesn't just collect scores: comments are saved alongside the numbers, recurring signals are surfaced from them, and signals become growth points for discussion and action.
The purpose of the platform is a closed cycle of improvements: Ask → See → Discuss → Verify. The team takes a small step, returns to the same question in the next measurement, and sees if things have improved where they made changes.
How it works
One round begins with a survey. Participants answer on a scale and can explain their answer in their own words. If the answer is short or emotional, the AI facilitator helps clarify what exactly is behind it.
After summarizing, the platform compiles the answers into a big picture: it calculates results for the organization, teams, and participants, highlights recurring topics, and shows growth points. The team discusses them openly, adds ideas, chooses a responsible person, and relies on recommendations from the knowledge base.
The next measurement doesn't erase the previous one; it places the new result alongside it. This way, you see not only the current state, but also the movement: did the chosen action help, or is a different approach needed. The phases are covered in more detail in the article How the cycle works.
How it differs from a regular survey
A regular survey often ends with numbers: you can see that scores are higher or lower, but it's unclear why and what to do next. The platform preserves the reasons behind the numbers: employee comments turn into generalized signals, and signals turn into growth points, ideas, and recommendations.
An important part of the approach is ownership of changes within the team. Results aren't locked in a report for management: people see the big picture, discuss it, and participate in decisions. The platform doesn't replace a management decision, but provides material to work with without guessing or looking for culprits.
What about privacy
Honest feedback is only possible where a person feels safe speaking. No one sees raw answers. Only anonymized answers and aggregates are shown externally, and only when there are enough answers to prevent identification of the author.
Anonymity is set at the organization level. In an anonymous organization, a participant acts under a pseudonym, in an open one — under their own name. A participant's personal result remains separate from management analytics, and the discussion of growth points, ideas, and comments is open to the team. More details on this are in the FAQ.
What the platform is not
The platform does not replace a task tracker and does not maintain a list of assignments instead of the team. It is not designed for monitoring loyalty, looking for culprits, or for punitive management. And it is not a one-off anonymous form builder: the value emerges when the organization regularly closes the cycle and checks what has changed.
