Taking a survey
How a participant enters a survey, answers questions, and what happens with privacy.

The survey is taken via a public link. The participant sees questions one by one, chooses an answer, adds a comment if desired, and at the end can leave a general comment on the survey. Answers are saved in the currently open measurement.
Before starting
On the first screen, the platform shows which mode the organization operates in: anonymous or open. It's important not to skip this: the mode determines the terms under which the participant takes the survey.
- In an anonymous organization, the name is not asked. The participant acts under a pseudonym.
- In an open organization, the name is required, and the participant acts under it.
Email is required to log in and to protect against repeat or unauthorized participation. If the address is already in the system, the platform may ask for a one-time code. If the participant is new, a login is created at the start of the survey.
Team
If the organization has teams, a team selection may appear after login. It is not for controlling the participant, but for correct team analytics: answers must fall into the right breakdown of results.
The selected team affects aggregated team results and subsequent discussion. Raw answers do not become visible to a manager or the team because of this.
Questions and follow-ups
Questions appear one by one. Usually, the participant selects an option on a scale or in a list and can add a comment in their own words. A comment is important: the number shows the degree of agreement or tension, and the text helps to understand the reason.
If the answer is short or requires explanation, AI may ask one follow-up question. It can be answered or skipped. The follow-up is needed to turn a general "unclear", "difficult", or "everything is fine" into a more concrete signal for analysis.
After all questions, a final comment appears. This is a place for what didn't fit into individual questions: context, an important clarification, or a general thought on the survey. The comment is optional.
Privacy of answers
No one sees raw answers. Anonymized answers and aggregates are shown in the results, and only when there are enough answers for safe display: at least 5. A participant's personal result is separated from management analytics.
Anonymity hides the authorship of the response, but does not hide collaborative work after the results. Growth points, ideas, and discussion are visible to participants, because changes are born in open conversation, not in a hidden report.
