Account and Billing

Billing and Plans

Balance, plan, promo codes, and AI feature limits.

Documentation sections

Billing is for those who manage an organization: Owner and Admin. Here you can see the organization’s current plan, how many tokens have been consumed, the available balance for the basic plan, whether AI operations can be launched right now, and how to top up the balance.

Important distinction: this is not a separate cash register for each survey, nor a list of tasks to pay for. Billing shows the commercial mode of the Owner account and the actual token consumption for the selected organization.

Plan

After registration, the basic plan is available. In this plan, AI operations are paid based on actual token consumption: survey generation, AI refinement of questions, summarizing results, reports, and other actions where the platform uses AI.

The corporate plan is activated individually by contacting a manager. It is designed for organizations that need custom terms instead of deductions from the balance for token consumption. On the plan page, you can see the active plan and available options, but switching to the corporate plan requires contacting a manager.

The plan is tied to the Owner account. Therefore, one Owner can have a single commercial mode and balance across multiple organizations, but consumption statistics are still calculated separately for each organization.

Balance and consumption

The balance shows the remaining funds, from which successful AI requests are paid on the basic plan. It belongs to the Owner account, not to a specific survey. If an Owner has several organizations, the balance is shared, but the consumption shown on the billing page is for the selected organization.

On the billing page, you can see:

  • current balance;
  • number of AI requests for the organization;
  • tokens consumed;
  • approximate or actual cost of consumption;
  • latest AI requests and daily breakdown, if history exists.

Regular non-AI actions — such as viewing a profile, working with lists, reading results, or discussing growth points — do not themselves cause deductions. Deductions are tied to AI operations: where the service generates, refines, analyzes, or prepares reports.

Top-up

You can top up the balance with real money directly on the billing page. You can set the amount in one of two ways: quick buttons with preset packages or a field for a custom amount within the allowed range, which the page shows next to the field. Amounts are in US dollars — the balance currency.

After choosing an amount, the platform redirects you to the payment system page to complete the payment. When the payment is confirmed, the amount is credited to your balance automatically — no need to reload the page manually. Right after returning, the payment may temporarily show a "Processing" status while the payment system confirms it; as soon as confirmation comes through, the balance will increase by itself. All payments are visible in the top-up history on the billing page.

If the payment system uses a currency other than US dollars, the charge will be processed in its currency at the current exchange rate, and the amount added to your balance will be in US dollars — the page warns you about this next to the amount selection.

Promo codes

A promo code is another way to top up the balance, designed for demo and pilot scenarios: it credits a fixed amount to the Owner’s balance without payment. Cash top-ups and promo code activations go to the same balance.

Enter the promo code on the billing page. It consists of Latin letters and digits, 6 to 12 characters long; case does not matter. If the code is valid, the amount instantly appears on the balance, and the promo code card shows which code has already been used.

An organization can only have one successful promo code activation. If a promo code has already been activated, a second code for the same organization will not apply.

When the balance runs out

On the basic plan, AI features require a positive balance. If the balance is zero or has gone below zero, the organization cannot run AI operations: AI generation of surveys, AI follow-up questions during the survey, summarizing results, closing a measurement, and other AI actions.

Collected data does not disappear in this case. Already created surveys, answers, results, and growth points stay in place; the restriction applies only to new AI operations until the balance is topped up or the commercial terms change.

On the corporate plan, this restriction based on an empty balance does not apply: AI usage terms are set by agreement with a manager.
