How the cycle works

The end-to-end product model: from survey to re-verification.

Documentation sections

The platform is built as a repeatable team workflow: Ask → See → Discuss → Verify. A survey here does not end with a report. It starts a chain where honest feedback turns into growth points, discussion, a chosen action, and the next measurement.

The main link of the cycle is a topic that passes through the entire path. Questions help collect signals on a topic, results show tension, a growth point becomes the focus of work, and the next measurement checks if the state has changed.

Ask

The team takes a survey as part of an open measurement. While the measurement is open, the link accepts responses: participants choose an option on the scale, leave comments, and clarify their thoughts if needed.

Scores are needed for measurement, but they don't explain the cause by themselves. That's why there's space for free-form text next to the score: what hinders work, where clarity is lacking, what solution the participant already sees.

See

When the response is sufficient, the initiator starts finalization. The platform generalizes similar answers, calculates results at the organization, team, and participant levels, and shows where tension repeats.

The outcome is not a list of personal answers and not an average temperature. The team receives a state map: where everything is stable, where there is a risk, and where a change should be started.

Discuss

Repeating signals become growth points. A growth point is a working record on one topic within the organization: with a description, priority, status, ideas, comments, assignee, and recommendations from the knowledge base.

At this step, analytics becomes a subject of conversation. The team discusses what exactly to try, who takes action, and what practice might help. The platform does not automatically turn a growth point into a task and does not close it instead of people: the decision remains with the team.

Verify

The next measurement repeats the same survey and places the new result next to the previous one. If the team worked with a growth point, the comparison shows whether the tension on this topic has gone. If there is no improvement, it's not a failure, but an honest signal: a different approach or deeper discussion is needed.

Past results are not erased in this case. The value of the cycle lies in the sequence: each new round adds another snapshot and helps distinguish a random spike from a sustained change.

One topic goes through the entire path: a question in a survey, a score in results, a growth point, and a recommendation for it — parts of a single line. Thanks to this, the platform shows not scattered numbers, but a coherent picture that you can work with and verify.

A participant's personal result remains separate from management analytics. No one sees raw answers: only anonymized answers and aggregates are output externally, and only when there are enough answers to protect people. This is covered in more detail in the FAQ.
