Recommendations

Recommendations help you move from a discovered growth point to a first action. The platform doesn’t offer random advice; it suggests practices from the knowledge base that are linked to the same management topic as the growth point.

This is not a command or a ready-made implementation plan. A recommendation gives the team a proven option: which practice to consider, when it helps, and where to start.

Where they come from

Each knowledge base card describes a management practice: its meaning, situations for application, first steps, expected effect, and common mistakes. Cards are linked to analysis topics and the level of application: organization, team, or individual.

When a growth point appears after a measurement, the platform looks for suitable cards for its topic. If such cards exist, a short set of recommendations appears next to the growth point with an explanation of why these practices fit the current tension.

How to read

Start with the growth point itself: it explains what tension the platform saw. Then look at the recommendations as a set of possible moves. They help you avoid starting with a blank page, but they do not replace the team's conversation.

The assignee and participants choose what really fits their context. Sometimes a recommendation can be applied almost immediately, sometimes it should be adapted, and sometimes the team will choose participants' ideas instead of a ready practice.

What changes after recalculation

If the results of a measurement are recalculated or a new measurement takes place, the growth point may receive updated recommendations. This is normal: the platform looks at the current signal and selects practices for it.

At the same time, the working discussion is not lost. The status, assignee, ideas, and comments remain in the growth point card, and the recommendations help to revise the approach if the tension persists.

If there are no recommendations

The absence of the block means only one thing: there are no published suitable knowledge base cards for the growth point topic yet. This does not make the growth point less important.

You can still work with such a growth point: discuss the causes, add ideas, assign a responsible person, and check the chosen action with the next measurement.
