Invitations

An invitation is a link to connect a person to an organization with a pre-selected role. It is created in the organization settings by the owner or an Admin, copied, and sent to a work chat, email, or another secure channel.

An invitation does not replace a survey link. A survey link leads the participant to answers, while an invitation adds a person to the organization's roster so that they have constant access to the workspace.

What roles can be invited

When creating a link, you select the role with which the person will enter the organization. The Manager, Assistant, and Member roles are available via invitation.

Owner and Admin are not issued through a regular invitation link. Organization ownership is transferred by a separate action, and the Admin role is assigned inside the organization when it is clear who can be trusted with settings, invitations, and roster management.

How the link works

An active link can be used by multiple people. It remains valid until it's removed from the list of active invitations, so an old working link can be forwarded again if it's still needed.

If a person has already logged into the service, opening the link immediately adds them to the organization with the role specified in the invitation. If they are already in this organization, the platform simply switches them to it.

If the person has not logged in yet or does not have an account, the link leads to registration. After the account is created, the invitation is applied automatically: the user enters the target organization and receives the role from the link.

When to delete a link

Delete an invitation if it's no longer needed, sent to the wrong people, or if the role in it has become too broad for the current task. After deletion, it is impossible to join the organization via this link.

If you need to connect people with a different role, create a new link. It makes it easier to keep the organization roster clear: one link is responsible for one access level, and changing a role is done on the employees page.

What happens with privacy

An invitation sets a role in the organization, but does not reveal the participant's answers. No one sees raw answers: anonymized answers and aggregates go into results when there is enough data for safe display.

In an anonymous organization, a person can participate under a pseudonym until they reveal their identity. In an open organization, they act under their name. This mode is set at the organization level and cannot be changed by an invitation.
