Getting Started

Quick Start

The minimal path from registration to the first result.

Documentation sections

After registration, go through the first Ask → See → Discuss → Verify cycle on a ready-made template. This way you will quickly see how the platform links participant answers, results, growth points, and the next verification.

Create an organization

Create an organization and set the basic outline: name, visual identity, and anonymity mode. Surveys, participants, teams, results, and growth points will live inside this organization.

The anonymity mode is selected once upon creation. In an anonymous organization, participants act under pseudonyms, in an open one — under their names. At the same time, raw answers are still not visible to anyone: only anonymized answers and aggregates are shown, once there are enough answers for safe display.

Launch the first survey

For the first round, use a ready-made template. It already has categories, questions, answer options, and analysis topics, so the platform can link results to growth points and recommendations from the knowledge base without long manual configuration.

After creation, verify the audience, publish the survey, and send the link to participants. Keep the measurement open until enough responses are collected. If fewer than 5 answers are received, the platform will restrict showing anonymized data and aggregates where the author could be inferred.

Summarize

When there is enough response, start summarizing. While the measurement is open, the analysis can be repeated: if new answers arrive after the first processing, the results will update.

Summarizing turns answers into a picture at three levels: organization, team, and participant. The platform calculates results, collects repeating signals, highlights growth points, and matches recommendations to them. When you need to stop accepting answers, close the measurement: closing starts the final processing.

Choose an action

Open growth points and select one area the team is ready to work with now. A growth point is not an accusation and not a task in a tracker, but a working record: it has a description, status, discussion, ideas, recommendations, and an assignee.

Agree on a small action and note who is taking it on. After this, launch the next measurement of the same survey. It does not erase past results, but places a new snapshot next to them: did it get better where the team changed something. Thus the first round ends not with a report, but with a verifiable improvement step.
