Troubleshooting

If something is not visible, does not open, or looks empty, first check not the button itself, but the status of the process. In the platform, many screens depend on whether the measurement is open, whether the results have been summarized, whether there are enough responses for safe display, and whether the user has the necessary access.

Survey and login

The survey link does not accept responses. Most often this means that the current measurement is already closed. A closed measurement stores the results and no longer collects new responses. For the next round, you need to open a new measurement of the same survey.

The survey asks for a one-time code. The code is needed to confirm your email and protect the survey from unauthorized or duplicate responses. Check the address, the spam folder, and the delivery delay. If the email does not arrive after attempting again, the administrator should verify the email delivery.

The team selection does not appear. The team selection is shown only where it is needed for this survey and organization. If teams are not configured or the audience is already predefined, the participant immediately proceeds.

Results

There are no results yet. Analytics appears after summarizing the results. While processing has not started or is still ongoing, the measurement may already contain responses, but the results and growth points pages remain incomplete.

Some analytics are hidden. This is not a report error. The platform does not show details if there is little data and it can be used to guess who responded. Only anonymized responses, aggregates, and summaries are shown in the results, and detailed breakdowns appear only with a sufficient number of responses.

There is an overall result, but no team breakdown. Team analytics depend on the team structure and the number of responses within each team. If a team is small or there are not enough responses in the breakdown, the platform provides a more general picture.

Growth points and recommendations

Growth points did not appear. They are formed when summarizing the results, when there are recurring signals in the responses. If processing has not yet finished or there is not enough data, the list may be empty.

There are no recommendations for a growth point. Recommendations appear when there are published knowledge base cards for the growth point topic. If there are no suitable cards, the growth point can still be discussed: add ideas, select a responsible person, and verify the chosen action with the next measurement.

The discussion is visible in an anonymous organization. This is expected. Anonymity protects the authorship of the initial responses, but does not restrict collaboration after the results. Growth points, ideas, and comments remain open so the team can agree on actions.

AI features

Summarizing or AI assistance does not start. Some actions require available AI features. If the organization is on a basic plan and the owner's balance is not positive, AI operations are unavailable until top-up or a change in the terms of use.

The follow-up question did not appear. AI asks a follow-up only when it is useful for the response. If the comment is already clear enough or the follow-up is unavailable due to the plan and balance conditions, the participant continues the survey without it.
