Account and Billing

Registration and Login

Account creation, login, invitations, and access to organizations.

Documentation sections

An account is needed for permanent access to a personal profile, organizations, surveys, and results. One user can be in several organizations: after logging in, the platform opens the current organization, and if there isn't one yet — it leads to creating the first one.

Registration

Regular registration creates a personal account by name, email, and password. After it, the user immediately enters the service.

If the registration started from an invitation link, the invitation is applied automatically: the account is added to the necessary organization with the role specified in the link, and the user enters this organization. If there is no invitation, the next step will be creating a new organization.

Email and password are used to log in to your account. If the password is lost, it can be recovered via an email sent to the account's address.

After a successful login, the platform opens the organization that was selected as current. If the user does not have an available organization, they go through onboarding and can create a new one.

Login via survey

A public survey can be taken via a link without prior registration in your account. At the start of the survey, the participant provides an email: it is needed to protect against repeat participation and for access to personal results.

If the email already belongs to an existing user, the platform may ask for a six-digit code from an email. If the user doesn't exist yet, an account is created in the survey flow. In an open organization, the participant indicates a name, in an anonymous one they act under a pseudonym.

This scenario does not expose individual responses. No one sees raw responses; only anonymized data and aggregates are surfaced when there are enough of them for safe display.

Organizations

The list of organizations is shown in the workspace interface. To switch to another organization, just select it in the sidebar; each organization remains a separate space with its own surveys, teams, roles, growth points, and settings.

You can leave an organization from the user menu with confirmation. The account remains accessible, but participation in this organization and its teams is removed. The Owner cannot leave their organization, and the last Admin cannot leave until another administrator is added to the organization.
